Information about the MyTV Online  application

The "MyTV Online " application is a pre-installed app for devices from The "MyTV Online" app is available for XTV  models,This is an Android application that can be used on both the Stalker/MAG system and Xtream Codes. Set up your MEELO device in just a few steps.

Prerequisite for setting up the MyTV Online  app

To set up the MyTV Online  app, you need access, which you can purchase via our customer portal. 

Please make sure that you have the latest version of the MyTV Online  app installed to avoid possible programming errors in the app.

NOTE: If you have not yet connected your device to the Internet, we ask you to do so. We always recommend using a LAN cable, as this allows full internet performance to be used. The Internet speed may be impaired if you have connected your device to your Internet network via WLAN. If your MyTV Online  app is not up to date, we ask you to update the app to avoid possible programming errors.

Step 1: Please select "Add Portal" in the MyTV Online  app.

Step 2: Please enter an abbreviation/nickname in the "Portal Nickname" field, we recommend using you like name ).

Step 3: Please enter one of the following portal URLs in the "Portal URL" field.

http://*****:8080/c/

Step 4: To establish a connection with your account, please go to "CONNECT".

Step 5: Now your device should load the portal and the associated channels, VOD & EPG data. This may take a few minutes, so we ask for your patience.

Step 6: You have now set up your MyTV Online  app.

Setup of the MyTV Online  application via Xtream-Codes API

Step 1: Please select "Add Portal" in the MyTV Online  app.

Step 2: Please enter an abbreviation/nickname in the "Portal Nickname" field, we recommend using you like name ).

Step 3: Please enter one of the following host URLs in the "Portal URL" field.

http://*****:8080/

Step 4: Please check the "Is the login required?" box. / Registration required!)

Step 5: Please enter your username from the access you have purchased in the "Username / Username" field.

Step 6: Now all you have to do is enter the password of your purchased access into the "Password" field.

Step 7: To establish a connection with your access, please go to "CONNECT".

Step 8: Now your device should load the portal and the associated channels, VOD & EPG data. This may take a few minutes, so we ask for your patience.

Step 9: You have now set up your MyTVOnline  app with the Xtream Codes API.

why is there lots of playback stopages after 5 min of video on all channels

Can you Please advise why there lots of stoppages after 5 min of video playing on any channel lately especially after /c/
