Read through the steps below to troubleshoot your issue.

1. turn on cursor on your remote.

2. move the cursor to country panel.

3. click OK button. 

4.when you get drop down list of country as in picture above, use page up/down button to get to country you want.

to market install VLC or Smart iptv pro apps player.
