    Please Help

    Hi I am Using the MO IPTV service and when selecting some channels on service the set top box will restart itself.

    I am using internet speed on Ethernet my download speed is the 800 MBps I understand ethernet is only 10/100 Mbps and wireless I use 5GHZ I get the same problem.

    Bonjour, j'utilise votre boîte et l'image n'arrête pas de gelé et de plus quand je tourne les postes c'est noir. Je fais les reset en débranchant mais rien ne fonctionne. Pouvez vous m'aider?
